Human Invaders — Privacy Policy
Human Invaders is a casual arcade game for iOS and Android. This policy explains what data is handled when you play, by whom, and your choices. The short version: we do not require accounts, we do not collect personal information ourselves, and the only data leaving your device relates to advertising and optional platform leaderboards.
1. Data we collect directly
None. The game has no sign-up, no login, and no chat or user content. Your high scores, settings, and purchase status are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to us.
2. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The free version of the game shows ads served by Google AdMob, and you may choose to watch optional rewarded ads (for example, to continue a run with an extra life). To serve and measure ads, Google's advertising SDK may collect:
- Device identifiers (such as the advertising ID / IDFA, where permitted)
- IP address (which implies coarse, city-level location)
- Ad interaction data (views, taps) and diagnostic information (crash logs, performance)
This data is collected and processed by Google under Google's Privacy Policy and AdMob policies.
Your choices:
- iOS: the App Tracking Transparency prompt lets you deny use of your device identifier for tracking. You can change this anytime in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Ads still show, but are not personalized using your identifier.
- Android: you can reset or delete your advertising ID in Settings → Google → Ads.
- EEA / UK / Switzerland: a consent dialog (Google's UMP framework) is shown before personalized ads are served; you may decline and receive non-personalized ads.
- Remove Ads purchase: removes banner and interstitial advertising entirely. Optional watch-an-ad bonuses remain available but only run when you choose them.
3. Leaderboards (optional)
If you opt in to leaderboards in Settings, scores are submitted to Apple Game Center (iOS) or Google Play Games Services (Android) under your platform account. Apple or Google process this data per their own privacy policies. Leaderboards are off until you opt in, and you can opt out anytime in Settings.
4. Purchases
The Remove Ads purchase is processed entirely by the App Store or Google Play. We never see your payment details. The purchase state is stored on your device and restorable through your store account.
5. Children
Human Invaders is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Advertising is configured through Google's tools to comply with applicable children's privacy rules.
6. Your rights (GDPR, UK GDPR, US state laws)
Because we hold no personal data about you ourselves, requests about advertising data are best directed to Google via the links above. Where regional law grants you rights (access, deletion, objection, opt-out of "sale"/"sharing" for targeted advertising), you can exercise the advertising-related ones through the OS-level controls and consent dialog described in Section 2. 7. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date.
