Human Invaders — Terms of Use
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play Human Invaders on devices you own or control, subject to the App Store or Google Play terms through which you obtained it. For iOS users, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies except where these terms are stricter.
2. Purchases and ads
The game is free and ad-supported. The optional one-time "Remove Ads" purchase ($2.99 or local equivalent) permanently removes banner and interstitial ads on the store account that bought it and can be restored after reinstalling. Optional rewarded ads (such as extra-life continues) remain available to everyone and only play when you choose them. An optional consumable "20 Extra Lives" pack ($0.99 or local equivalent) banks lives you can spend on continues instead of watching ads; consumable packs are spent as used and, like all consumables, are not restorable once consumed. All purchases are processed by Apple or Google; refunds follow their policies.
3. Fair use
Don't reverse engineer, redistribute, or exploit the game or its assets, and don't use cheats or automation to manipulate leaderboards. We may invalidate leaderboard entries that are clearly fraudulent.
4. Content credits
Background imagery is courtesy NASA (public domain). NASA does not endorse this game. All other art, audio, and code are original to Piedmont Developers.
5. No warranty; limitation of liability
The game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Piedmont Developers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the past 12 months.
6. Changes and termination
We may update the game or these terms; continued play after an update is acceptance. We may discontinue the game at any time.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of the developer's residence, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
